Pages on Notability allow you to organize your notes and split up your material to review after writing them. You can switch between “Single Page” and “Seamless.” If you tap the three dots in the top right corner, a list should appear that says “Options.” You can tap “view” and choose “Single Page” to change the setting. ![]() You can tap “View” on the list and choose “Single Page.” Mac App On the Notability mobile app, you can view your notes on single pages by tapping the three dots in the top right corner. The “Seamless” or scrolling option connects all the pages when reading through them. Looking at an individual page can help you to focus only on the information written on that specific page. This feature is great because you can change it with your notes depending on your preferences. You can change the reading view of your notes on the app. When scrolling through notes on Notability, you may want to see each page individually rather than a long scroll to the last page. You can do this by first adding a new page to your note and then moving it after a specific page you want to separate from another. If you want to add a space to your notes, you can add a blank page between your other pages. For example, if you want to split pages into different chapters or sections, you can write the section name on the blank page. This blank page can help you separate pages in a note you can even add material to these blank pages. When writing notes on Notability, you can separate pages by adding a blank page in between. You can tap the “Duplicate” button at the bottom of the app. ![]() Similar to the mobile version, you can click “Select” in the bottom left corner and click a page. You can select a specific page and tap the three dots in the bottom right corner.Ī list should pop up on the screen, and you can tap “Duplicate.” The duplicated page should appear in your note. You can duplicate a page by going to the “All Pages” section and tapping the “Select” button in the top right corner. Mobile Appĭuplicating a page can be useful for carrying information or a layout over to another page. You can duplicate the page and then change the material. This feature can help you write notes more efficiently using the same format from a previously written page. The app has a helpful feature that allows you to duplicate a page in a note. To move a page, you can click and drag it to where you want to move it. Moving a page on the desktop is a quick process. Let go of the page after you hover it over where you want to move it. If you open the “All Pages” section on your iPhone, you can tap, hold, and move around the specific page. Mobile AppĪs mentioned before, the “All Pages” section is where you can move and edit your pages in a note. It can be helpful to zoom out and look at all of your pages in a note to see where you want to move and organize them. If you want to move around your pages to organize your notes, you can do this on the iPhone and mac versions of Notability. The app should add a new page to the note. A new page should appear in your note.Īnother way to add a page is by tapping the bottom of a page. You should see a list pop-up, select “Add Page” on the list. You can right-click on a page in this section to add a new page. Click this icon, and you should see all your pages in the specific note you’re editing.
